Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is a game that doesn’t sound like it should be real. In this Platform fight Super Smash Bros. clone, we see SpongeBob Square Pants in a direct brawl with Ren and Stimpy, Korra out Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Garfield. That’s right: Garfield and his hatred of Mondays will join the battle against the rest of the Nickelodeon universe. He is the first DLC character to enter the game and certainly won’t be the last.
While this may sound like an odd addition to some, Garfield’s entry into a game like this actually doesn’t come as a huge surprise. He is a popular cartoon character and has a growing presence in video games himself. Though we don’t necessarily suggest going out and buying Garfield Kart, we want everyone to know it exists and a lot of people play it. For all of the big Garfield fans out there, now is your chance to step on someone with him in a fighting game.
