From Newcastle to Nvidia: Meet Australia’s newest data center giant

Jensen Huang came with gifts. Nvidia’s CEO had just announced a £500 million ($940 million) investment in Nscale, a British data center company founded by Australian Joshua Payne.

But instead of signing a contract to mark the status of their partnership, Huang signed a box containing a bottle of premium Johnnie Walker Blue Label Scotch.
