Four ways the 50 nations can protect themselves from Chinese tech threats


While federal agencies and the US military have rightly taken steps to limit the use of Chinese government agency technology, US states have not addressed this vulnerability with the same vigour. In October 2021, a China Tech Threat report found that 40 states continue to use Chinese government-owned Lenovo and Lexmark devices despite federal security restrictions against these companies.
