Former Clemenger BBDO creatives Marie-Celine Merret and Vinne Schifferstein have founded their own independent agency MC&V, a creative and production house with a focus on artificial intelligence.
Under the name MC&V AI Creative Production, the agency will act as an AI specialist and use the technology to develop live-action productions, scalable content systems and end-to-end production workflows.
The launch marks the second agency spinoff to emerge this week from former Omnicom talent. Merret and Schifferstein previously worked at Made This, the production arm of Clemenger BBDO. Yesterday, former Porter Novelli Australia partners officially launched their new communications agency MRG&Co.
On the Mumbrella podcast, Schifferstein said she was inspired to explore embedding AI into the production process after seeing a former client’s business disrupted “almost overnight” by the introduction of ChatGPT.
