The Galaxy S26 Ultra has been available in Europe for around a month and leading consumer associations from several countries have already named it the number 1 smartphone.
It wasn’t enough for Samsung or the S26 Ultra to win “Best in Show” at MWC 2026. And while “best” doesn’t mean “perfect,” the Galaxy S26 Ultra comes close, or at least its pros far outweigh the cons.
According to Samsung, leading European consumer associations agree. They believe the Galaxy S26 Ultra is the best phone you can buy right now.
The new Ultra came top in several categories – although strangely one was missing. More on that later. For now, here are their top praises:
- Which? (UNITED KINGDOM): Excellent performance in all laboratory tests, especially in the areas of security and privacy.
