In response to Amazons (AMZN) – Get the Amazon.com, Inc. Review poor performance last year, Forbes’ Peter Cohan has suggested splitting the company into two parts:

  • Amazon Services, which would include Amazon Web Services (AWS), advertising companies, third-party services, and Prime Subscriptions
  • Amazon Products, which would include Amazon’s physical product business
