In a press release, Damac Properties, which paid $120 million for the 1.88-acre oceanfront property then known as Champlain Towers South, noted the development of other ultra-luxe Surfside condos in recent years, including the Four Seasons Private Residences and the Fendi Chateau Residences and Arte Surfside.
