Crews are currently responding to a 20-acre fire near Oracle Junction in Tucson, Arizona. The Garner Fire is located about 11 miles northwest of the junction along SR 79. Efforts are being made to protect a nearby communications tower from the flames. SR 79 near Milepost 102 is open for both public and crew safety as the situation is monitored and managed.
