TD SYNNEX has launched a program called IBM Watsonx Gold 100 to recruit 100 partners and guide them towards achieving IBM Gold Partner status. This initiative aims to help partners grow their AI practices using the IBM Watsonx data and AI platform. The program includes AI training, enablement, business planning, sales acceleration, marketing support, expert services, and access to IBM learning and demo environments on the IBM Cloud.
Sergio Farache, Executive Vice President at TD SYNNEX, highlighted the importance of providing guidance, training, and coaching to partners who are looking to invest in AI. The Destination AI program offered by TD SYNNEX aims to support partners in navigating the AI revolution and capitalizing on the growth opportunities presented by the IBM WatsonX platform. As part of the collaboration with IBM, TD SYNNEX plans to establish IBM Watsonx Centers of Excellence at four locations in North America and Europe by 2024.
In addition to the IBM partnership, TD SYNNEX has renewed its Strategic Partnership Agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is dedicating additional resources to its AWS solutions team. The agreement includes expanded offerings in key competency areas, such as SMB acceleration, migration services, FinOps, generative AI, and AWS Marketplace. The company also plans to provide dedicated business development resources for its AWS Public Sector program and enhance expertise in regional centers of excellence.
TD SYNNEX has expanded its NVIDIA AI offering in Europe by adding NVIDIA RTX graphics processing units (GPUs) to its portfolio. These GPUs are designed to accelerate computing workflows on embedded devices, servers, and workstations by offering real-time ray tracing, artificial intelligence, compute, simulation, and advanced graphics capabilities. Chris Marriott, Senior Director at NVIDIA, emphasized the need for advanced computing solutions in today’s digital landscape and praised TD SYNNEX for offering complete enterprise solutions from desktop to data center.
Overall, these partnerships and expansions aim to strengthen TD SYNNEX’s position in the AI and cloud computing market while enabling partners to leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth.
