The browser is where we do our work, learn new things, and connect with the world. But sometimes the tasks we complete online—like digesting a long chemistry paper or just finding quick inspiration for dinner—can be tedious and slow us down.
That’s why we’ve built AI directly into Chrome to help people search and understand information, whether they’re studying for a test, buying the perfect gift, or just taking care of their daily tasks. Today we’re bringing many of Chrome’s latest AI features, including Gemini in Chrome, to India, New Zealand and Canada. We’re also introducing support for more than 50 additional languages, including Hindi, French and Spanish.
These Gemini 3.1-based features will initially be available on desktop and iOS in these regions. On Android, you can activate Gemini when using Chrome and other apps by holding down the power button.
