In 2015, a former IBM employee, Neeraj Sharma, received a poetic resignation gift from IBM Chairman Shailesh Agarwal, titled “Kehna Bas Itna Hai Ki,” with Madhubani-style illustrations. This light-hearted gesture created camaraderie among colleagues. Sharma, now a managing director at Accenture, recently used Suno.ai to turn his poetic resignation into a song, praising the AI tool’s handling of non-English lyrics and non-Western music.

Suno AI, known for creating songs based on simple text prompts, has been tested extensively. Sharma commended it for accurately capturing the sentiment and pronunciation of complex words, such as “Phurrr” and “Kshitij.” He recommends listening to the song to appreciate the nuances captured by the AI.

Sharma expressed his admiration for the AI-generated song, claiming it has been playing on loop on his laptop for days. He highlighted how the AI tool successfully transformed a Punjabi-themed Bollywood-inspired song, which was overlaid on the video of ‘Kala Chashma’, into a nearly 2-minute song.

Additionally, Stability AI’s Stable Audio 2.0 also creates high-quality full tracks, expanding the capabilities of AI-generated music. The success of these AI tools in generating music highlights their potential in the entertainment industry and beyond.
