The founder of private HR technology unicorn Employment Hero says artificial intelligence has given him the opportunity to develop a major new product with such global potential that he has appointed his first Australian managing director to oversee the day-to-day running of the local business.
Ben Thompson has led Employment Hero since its inception with Dave Tong in 2014 and will continue to do so. However, he has promoted long-time sales executive James Keene to managing director for Asia Pacific as he focuses on global expansion.
