DXC has launched a new global advisory group, AdvisoryX, and released a study showing that almost all large companies face serious obstacles to scaling artificial intelligence.
The study shows that 94% of companies surveyed face major challenges when deploying AI at scale. It also finds that 65% cannot develop a clear enterprise-wide business case for AI.
DXC positions AdvisoryX as an entity focused on complex strategic, operational and technological issues. The group will operate globally and complement the company’s existing technology and engineering services.
The new study covers organizations worldwide. It includes responses from leaders in Australia and New Zealand.
AI at the board level
The report notes that AI has found its way into formal governance structures in many organizations. It found that 77% of executives now identify AI as a board-level priority.
