The digital shift brought about by the COVID-19 crisis can help increase workforce productivity. However, businesses need to be careful that doing so doesn’t compromise their security and make them more vulnerable to cyber-attacks, according to a panel speaking during the Tech Predictions Mini summit.

The speakers first outlined how the switch to remote working and the increasing spread of digital technologies will have positive effects for many companies. James Maunder, CIO at the London Clinic commented, “Productivity equals value, and in some ways we’ve seen an increase.”
