Dropbox has expanded its approach to adopting artificial intelligence (AI) in Australia by partnering with Leader, which became the first distributor in the region to complete Dropbox’s early adopter program for Dropbox Dash. Dash is an AI-powered general purpose search and productivity tool designed to improve contextual intelligence across enterprise teams and workflows.
Challenges in AI implementation
As interest in AI solutions continues to grow in the Australian market, many companies are faced with achieving value from their investments. A key problem is the lack of structured training, which causes most AI projects to stall early on. Recent research shows that 95% of AI initiatives in Australia fail to progress beyond the pilot phase, often due to a lack of practical skills and understanding among users rather than technological deficiencies.
Train-the-trainer approach
Dropbox aims to close this knowledge gap with its early adopter program.
