Apple Did a good job on this year’s batteries iPhone 13 Series and the iPhone 13 Pro Max has an incredible battery life. And that even taking into account the 120 Hz refresh rate in the “Pro” versions and the 5G connectivity in all four models. The 4352mAh capacity of the iPhone 13 Pro Max is the greatest ever found on an iPhone.
Regardless of the iPhone model you have, you can improve the device’s battery life by following a simple guide published by a TikToker called “kadama” which has 1.9 million followers. The so-called “hack” was made by the New York Post and the conservative New York tabloid stated that apps can use up some of your iPhone’s battery life even if you don’t use those particular apps all day.
The best way to prevent apps running in the background from using up your iPhone’s battery is to go to ideas > General > Update background app and turn the function off. Then go to ideas > battery > Battery condition > Switch on Optimized charging of the battery. Kadama says that after following these instructions, “your battery will now last a lot longer.”

It’s something of a compromise. While your battery life improves, apps won’t update in the background if you’ve turned off background app updates. This means that the updates your apps normally do in the background, whether it’s sports scores, stock prices or the latest temperature, aren’t updated until you open the appropriate app and app updates. In other words, when you open your sports app, you may not see the latest score right away.

Other suggestions by “kadama” to save the battery of your iPhone are: ideas > Accessibility > Move > Turn off news effects autoplay and video previews autoplay. When it’s turned off, the former doesn’t allow full-screen effects to autoplay in the Messages app (which may not be a big deal to you) and turns off autoplay for video previews.

If you think your apps don’t need to be updated in the background, or you don’t care if your full screen effects play automatically in the Messages app, you might want to see if you can improve the battery life of your iPhone significantly by using these Deactivate functions.
