The good news is that security teams are stepping up network defenses, but the bad news is that most organizations recently suffered a cybersecurity incident that required a board meeting. This is the analysis from IronNet’s Cybersecurity Impact Report 2021.
The report is based on interviews with 473 security IT decision makers from the US, UK and Singapore who work in the technology, finance, government and utility sectors.
The survey found that 90% of respondents said their security situation had improved in the past two years, but 86% were affected by attacks that were so serious that a meeting of C-level executives or company boards was required.
