Over the past year, many companies have turned to Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and Value Added Resellers (VARs) to help connect remote workers to their networks, applications and data during the pandemic. Without wasting time, companies quickly turned to remote control software, VPN (Virtual Private Network) or virtual desktop solutions to keep their employees connected when their work model suddenly changed.

However, roughly a year after the pandemic began, companies are delving into remote working and the systems that make it possible. ON Survey from Growmotely found that about 75 percent of executives and their professional staff believe remote working is the new way of working, and only 3 percent want to work full-time in a physical office after the pandemic.
