Colorful Intelligence is set to release a new lineup of Intel 800 Series Motherboards, featuring at least 30 designs based on the Z890, W880, B860, and H810 chipsets. The Z890 family is confirmed as the naming scheme for the upcoming chipset, with vendors such as ASUS, MSI, AORUS/Gigabyte, Colorful, and Maxsun choosing to utilize the Z890 chipset for their motherboards. Colorful has unveiled its Z890 offerings, but a recent leak has provided more details on Colorful’s 800 series motherboard lineup.

According to an EEC listing, Colorful plans to release 30 motherboards for the upcoming Intel chipset, covering a range of models from high-end to low-end. The Z890 series includes models like the Z890 iGame Ultra, with a total of 11 models within this category. Additionally, Colorful will introduce new variants under the W880 and B860 chipsets, with the B860 lineup catering to enterprise and budget segments. The H810 line of chipsets is also in the works.

The release date for Colorful’s Intel 800 series lineup aligns with the launch of the Next-gen Arrow Lake-S desktop CPU in October. This suggests that the new motherboards will be available around the same time frame.

The variety of chipsets and models cater to different segments of the market, ensuring there is an option for every user’s needs. The collaboration between Colorful and other major vendors in utilizing the Z890 chipset indicates a strong industry support for these new motherboards.
