Ivy Tech Community College is preparing to offer a new academic program, Cloud Technologies, that aims to fill Indiana’s skills gap and qualify graduates for jobs in high-paying, in-demand careers.
Graduates with an associate degree would qualify for employment as a systems administrator as well as other careers. In Indiana, the median hourly salary for system administrators is $ 38.39 and the median annual salary is $ 79,860, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Students can begin introductory courses in the spring and take additional courses at an advanced level in the fall.
