NEW YORK — With the rapid rise of AI agents, calls for governance and oversight are gaining traction, especially within the healthcare sector.
Cletis Earle, healthcare field CTO at Citrix, emphasized in an interview with InformationWeek how important it is for CIOs to tell their organizations that they face unknowns if they generate AI agents without guardrails.
