Citrix expands Platform Flex for workspace observability and secure development

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. —  Citrix today announced new services for Citrix Platform Flex, expanding the company’s flexible credit model to help enterprises simplify how they deliver, monitor and secure modern work. The new offerings include Citrix Experience Insights Flex, an observability solution managed by Citrix and powered by the Splunk Cloud Platform that transforms high-resolution workspace telemetry into actionable insight, and Citrix SecurSpaces Flex, a hosted, cloud-based platform for code development and agentic workloads that allows enterprises to provide secure environments without building and operating the platform themselves.

Modern work now spans virtual desktops, physical endpoints, browser-based applications, cloud development environments, and agentic sandbox environments.
