Cisco CEO Charles H. Robbins received $52.84 million in fiscal 2025 compensation, making him the company’s highest-paid named executive as Cisco expands across AI infrastructure, enterprise networking, cybersecurity and observability.
Cisco’s five highest-paid named executives collectively received approximately $151.48 million. Gary Steele ranked second with $32.83 million, followed by Jeetu Patel at $25.69 million, R. Scott Herren at $24.29 million and Dev Stahlkopf at $15.83 million.
The executive compensation to Cisco employees include salaries, stock awards, non-equity incentives, bonuses and other payments — not base salaries alone. The disclosures take on greater significance as Cisco targets $9 billion in fiscal 2026 AI infrastructure orders and benefits from major enterprise networking and data center upgrade cycles.
