Penske Entertainment and Cisco have announced a partnership making Cisco an official partner of INDYCAR and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The collaboration will involve leveraging Cisco’s technology solutions across the business, including networking infrastructure, collaboration tools, and cloud management. Together with existing partners like NTT, they will explore technology enhancements and use Webex for fan engagement and press interviews.
Cisco will also be the presenting sponsor of the NTT INDYCAR Series Business Hub, a customer hospitality area at key events during the 2024 season. This hub will host technology forums and roundtables focused on information technology. The partnership aims to enhance fan experiences and advance the sport of INDYCAR. Cisco’s expertise in the sports and entertainment industry, working with organizations like McLaren Racing and Real Madrid FC, underscores their commitment to connecting and protecting world-class venues and events.
The next NTT INDYCAR SERIES event is the 108th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on Sunday, May 26, with live coverage on NBC and Peacock starting at 11 a.m. ET. Audio coverage is available through the INDYCAR Radio Network on the INDYCAR app and SiriusXM channel 218.
