China’s powerful state espionage agency and six other government agencies have taken the unusual step of stationing investigators in Didi Chuxing’s offices to conduct a ridesharing group security investigation.

The review, which reveals Didi’s share price when it was first announced after the company’s IPO in the U.S.

The Cyberspace Administration of China, the regulator responsible for coordinating Didi’s cybersecurity review, said Friday the investigation would include police, tax authorities, market competition regulators, and natural resources and transport industry regulators.
