As part of an investigation into the ride-hailing giant, China dispatched a team of officials to conduct on-site inspections at Didi Global Inc.

According to a statement released by Cyberspace, officials from the Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Natural Resources, and Tax, Transportation and Antitrust Authorities will begin an investigation into Didi’s watchdog’s data security Friday.
