Kathy Rose Horsley, 59, of Chillicothe, passed away on July 9, 2024 after a brief illness. She was born on December 4, 1964, in Columbus, to parents Dow II and Viola McCoy Cisco and married Cyrus W. Horsley, Jr. on July 3, 2010. She is survived by her husband and children: Adam, Eric, Cecelia, Stacy, Cyrus, and Robert. Kathy also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her father, sister, and brothers.
A former employee of Adena Regional Medical Center, Kathy’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Ware Funeral Home in Chillicothe in lieu of flowers. Visitation will take place on July 13, 2024, from 5-7 pm at Ware Funeral Home. Online condolences can be signed at www.warefh.com. Kathy was predeceased by her mother and sister.
