CES 2022 will close a day earlier as an additional COVID-19 security measure, the Consumer Technology Association announced on Friday.
The show was originally scheduled to run from January 5th to 8th, but will now close on January 7th, according to a press release.
“As the most influential technology event in the world, CES stands firm in its promise to be the meeting point to showcase products and discuss ideas that will ultimately improve our lives,” said Gary Shapiro, President and CEO of the CTA. “We are shortening the show to three days and have taken comprehensive health measures for the safety of all visitors and participants.”
