Canberrans fined $3.1 million after being caught on new cameras

“My wife was fined and I know for a fact that she always wears a seat belt. You can even see it in one of the pictures, but not in the closer pictures. You can see the sun visor folded down and the seat belt coming from the top left,” her husband said in her defense.
