Can AI-upscaled 4K streams stay sharp? Beamr and NVIDIA test it

Beamr (NASDAQ: BMR) will showcase a validation framework for AI-enhanced and compressed video at Mile High Video 2026, Feb 2-5 in Denver. The framework combines NVIDIA RTX Video Super Resolution, GStreamer integration and Beamr’s patented Content-Adaptive Bitrate (CABR) to validate perceptual quality and reduce bitrates.

Beamr says its CABR, accelerated by NVIDIA RTX PRO and NVENC, can reduce frame size by up to 50% while verifying visual quality end-to-end from capture to live 4Kp60 output.
