It’s been almost a year Call of Duty: Warzone ‘s release and a post from a prominent leaker in the Battle Royale community suggests some big changes for the Battle Royale.
March 10th is the game’s one year anniversary and a prolific leaker in the game cod The community says there could be some big changes to the game the next day – namely a new map.
ModernWarzone, a leaker who posted a lot of information about War zone before it was revealed, he posted a series of tweets booming with the battle royale community. The first tweet simply says “March 11th” and the second shows a picture of an atomic bomb with the caption “Kaboom”.
The prevailing theory is that the ship currently headed for Verdansk, which will be added as a POI for Season Two, is carrying Nova 6 gas. This ship will be the catalyst that will set off some sort of explosion that will either blow Verdansk up or make it an unplayable area.
Other ideas around Warzone’s Future have pointed out a new map in the Urals where Black Ops Cold War impending breakout mode is set. But it could be something completely different.
It is entirely possible that some kind of in-game event as it was revealed earlier Black Ops Cold War, could be used to remove Verdansk from the game and add something new.
Season two of War zone and Black Ops Cold War starts on February 25th.
