There have been numerous complaints recently about users not being able to view Questions and Answers on Google Business Profile listings. Some individuals are unable to see all of the questions and answers posted on these profiles within Google Search. The issue seems to have arisen in the last few weeks, with an increasing number of cases reported. When logged in to accounts that manage these listings, the Questions & Answers button may display a “No questions currently available” message. Users can ask questions, but they disappear shortly after posting. This problem affects both newly added questions and older ones. Many users have reported this issue on various online forums and social media groups. The API for retrieving questions and answers also does not work. Overall, it appears that there is a widespread issue with accessing Q&A posts on Google Business Profiles.
