The state-owned telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has regularized its tariff for VPN over 3G services for business and corporate customers. A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network over a public network and allows users to send and receive data over shared or public networks as if their computing devices were directly connected to the private network.
