The purchase of VMware (VMW) received approval from South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission, according to a Bloomberg report on Friday, which cited a Broadcom (AVGO) spokesperson.
Broadcom (AVGO) reiterated that it expects to close the VMware deal on Oct. 30.
