AWS now supports Apache Flink 1.19 with their Amazon Managed Service for Apache Flink



Amazon Managed Service for Apache Flink now supports Apache Flink 1.19. This release brings new features to the SQL API, such as TTL state configuration and session window support. Additionally, Python 3.11 support, trace reports for job restarts and checkpoints are included in Flink 1.19. You can easily update to the latest runtime version for a smoother upgrade process of your current applications.

Apache Flink is a powerful open-source framework and engine designed for processing data streams in real time. Amazon Managed Service for Apache Flink simplifies the development and management process of Apache Flink applications. It seamlessly integrates with services like Amazon MSK, Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon OpenSearch Service, Amazon DynamoDB streams, Amazon S3, and custom integrations through built-in connectors.
