Armorblox completed a Series B worth $ 30 million to improve email security beyond blocking spam heists and stopping targeted, socially engineered attacks.

The new Series B was led by Next47 with the participation of Polaris Partners and Unusual Ventures, General Catalyst and other early investors. According to the company, Armorblox has raised $ 46.5 million since its inception in 2017.
“In 2019, the FBI reported that cybercriminals grossed $ 1.7 billion through phishing scams and other more sophisticated Business Email Compromise (BEC) attacks,” said TJ Rylander, general partner at Next47. “This is clearly a problem area for large companies around the world that is not being addressed by the technology solutions in the market today.”
