Schools across the UK are testing the use of deepfake teachers and even employing remote workers to deliver lessons hundreds of miles from the classroom.

This is because the use of AI is becoming more common in schools.

The government says AI has the power to transform education and improve teacher workloads, particularly in the teacher management area.

The BBC has spoken to teachers, school leaders and unions who appear to be divided over what the future of Britain’s classrooms should look like.
