ArcBlock has bolstered its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) by introducing its blockchain services to the global AWS Partner Network (APN). ArcBlock is the world’s pioneering blockchain 3.0 platform on which decentralized applications are built. The AWS Partner Network is an international initiative that concerns itself with introducing successful AWS-based solutions to the open market. ArcBlock is one of the few partnering projects that are beneficiaries of this program.

This partnership will make ArcBlock the principal provider of blockchain-related services. These include training, development of blockchain solutions and the introduction of the ArcBlock open development platform. The open platform is equipped with unique features such as the ArcBlock Open Chain Access Protocol (OCAP) and OCAP Playground. Moreover, it will combine blockchain technology with cloud computing solution that is built using microservice-based architecture.
The most significant advantage of OCAP-based services is the elimination of vendor lock-in that is common in existing blockchain platforms. As a result, developers can assess, test, implement, and manage an array of blockchain protocols without necessarily adjusting their code. OCAP services do not require installation because they have a ready-made infrastructure.
The AWS-enabled OCAP Playground is currently available to developers. Essentially, it is a platform built on an interactive console integrated within a web browser. Users can write a single code on this console and then deploy it across multiple blockchain networks. The console is based on GraphQL is always updated on the latest in for concerning Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The collaboration with ArcBlock is an indicator that AWS acknowledges the prowess of ArcBlock in developing cloud computing solutions that are based on blockchain technology. Before being admitted onto APN, ArcBlock underwent rigorous scrutiny that involved showcasing their suitability through client opinions and positive reviews from industry contemporaries.
ArcBlock has heavily invested in the cloud computing sector. This collaboration is a pointer of the efforts that the company has put into developing blockchain solutions on the AWS platform. Recently, ArcBlock introduced an educational program for developers and institutions that covers topics such as AWS kinesis, Smart contracts, AWS Athena, and many others.
Robert Mao, the CEO and Founder of ArcBlock, expressed his enthusiasm after attaining the APN Technology Partner status. He added that the firm will continue investing in their partnership with AWS because the company is an established name in the cloud computing industry. This is in line with their objective of offering secure and reliable services to their clients.
