Apple would never put two brand new ones on the market Macbook Pro Models with super power CPUs and mini LED displays and miss the opportunity to give consumers a “Polishing cloth“for another $ 20. According to Apple, the cloth was specially developed for use on Apple devices and is already sold out as brand loyalty is an addiction.
The company claims the cloth is made of “soft, non-abrasive material,” which likely means microfiber, but Apple is making it sound like it was discovered by a rover on Mars and sent back to Earth only for Apple users . The product description goes on to say: “The polishing cloth cleans every Apple display, including glass with a nanostructure, safely and effectively.” Apple then lists every product they have ever made as compatible with the polishing cloth – but here’s a note: it works for non-Apple products too!
If you’ve been hoping to get your hands on one, you’ll have to wait a while as the magical apple polishing cloth has already sold out. If you have ordered one at this point, you will be given an estimated delivery date from December 6th to 17th (this date may change depending on when you read this).
Apple recommends cleaning your devices with a lint-free cloth, minimal wiping, and no detergent on your products. However, if your device needs a thorough cleaning, consider using isopropyl alcohol. You can check out Apple Cleaning for more details Support document.
