The AppFolio Performance Platform, including its systems of record, action and growth, along with its AI-native architecture and AppFolio Realm, its AI capabilities, runs on AWS. The company serves nearly 23,000 customers.
The infrastructure behind real estate performance
AppFolio’s Performance Ecosystem Report shows that the average property management leader spends two-thirds of their time on reactive, routine work. The company refers to this as the Property Performance Gap and says AI can help address these activities.
