Former vice president of marketing, sales, and support for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Adam Selipsky, is returning as the next CEO of the division, which has posted more than $ 13.5 billion in annual operating profit, more than 63 percent of the Parent company the total operating profit of the company Amazon for 2020.
The appointment of Selipsky, CEO of Salesforce’s Tableau Software division, was announced to employees in an email sent by Andy Jassy, CEO of Amazon Web Services.
