AMD relies on a rich partner base to drive sales – more benefits to come?

Advanced Microdevicesamd is strengthening its position in the artificial intelligence, cloud and data center markets by leveraging a rich partner base that expanded in the current quarter with the notable additions of Celestica, nutanixNTNXSamsung and others. As AMD and Celestica are collaborating to bring the former’s new “Helios” rack-scale AI platform to market, Nutanix and AMD announced a multi-year strategic partnership to co-develop an open, comprehensive AI infrastructure platform designed to power agent AI applications everywhere.

Celestica will be responsible for the research, development, design and manufacturing of scalable network switches on AMD’s “Helios” rack-scale AI architecture, based on the Open Compute Project (OCP) and Open-Rack-Wide (ORW) form factor.
