Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon’s cloud wing, announced four initiatives on Nov. 18 to empower interested people and make the learning process easier and easier for anyone looking for free cloud computing training and new career opportunities want to tap into the corresponding field. The company’s goal is to train 29 million people of all levels of knowledge and all walks of life in more than 200 countries and territories by 2025.
The first announced initiative is the launch of AWS Skill Builder, which will deliver a new digital learning experience. Adding AWS courses to the Amazon website and expanding the global AWS re / start retraining program are the next two initiatives by AWS. The fourth and final is the opening of the AWS Skills Center, which will be Amazon’s first dedicated, personal cloud learning space.
