According to Insider, Amazon has been looking at ways to stop top talent churn due to complaints about low wages, including increasing the frequency of stock resignations for high performing employees in order to fix a much despised chunk of employee compensation, insiders say that this is the case led to a brain drain in the company.

Two people familiar with the plans said that Amazon Web Services is considering entering into a monthly vesting for employees level 7 or higher and for the approximately 15% of employees who receive a “highest” rating for annual performance. Timetable to switch reviews ….
