Amazon and Google may have this advantage over Microsoft in the cloud

Jeff Wlodarczak of Pivotal Research thinks Amazon and Google have a leg up on Microsoft when it comes to one important aspect of cloud computing.
Both Amazon and Google have their own chips, providing “a likely two-year cost advantage over \[Microsoft\] driven mainly by their custom silicon lead,”
