SpaceX targets $40B financing for Nvidia chips: SpaceX SPCX is reportedly seeking about $40B to finance a major Nvidia chip purchase, with Apollo Global Management expected to lead the financing. The package could include roughly $10B of bank loans and $30B of investment-grade debt, the Financial Times reported. The deal would add another large financing commitment to the AI infrastructure buildout and deepen SpaceX’s reliance on Nvidia’s advanced computing technology.

Skydance bets on technology after WBD deal: David Ellison said technology will be central to Skydance’s SKYD strategy following the completion of its $110B acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD. In a memo obtained by Business Insider, Ellison said technology is changing how content is created, distributed, and consumed. The combined company will face competition from both traditional media groups and technology companies as it integrates two major studios and their streaming operations.
