Independent creative communications agency alt/shift/ is making a significant investment in AI, appointing specialist Tommy Hyde to work with the national leadership team to implement AI solutions across operations, strategy and creative development.
The appointment shows how alt/shift/ approaches modern communications and how they find AI solutions to customer problems. Since starting at alt/shift in August, Hyde has been tasked with developing proprietary AI tools and systems while working with customers to identify opportunities within their teams and business.
