According to a new research study from TrustRadius, artificial intelligence is now integrated into the everyday lives of many business professionals. Almost all AI users access these tools at least weekly and a clear majority use AI daily. The results highlight the widespread integration of AI in the workplace and its growing importance in software purchasing decisions.
Acceptance in the workplace
TrustRadius’ survey of its business buying community shows that 95% of respondents who use AI at work do so weekly and 69% use it daily. The use of AI varies depending on age and job function. While 86% of Gen Z employees report using it daily, finance and accounting professionals are the least likely to rely on AI, unlike technical roles in engineering and product development where daily usage is higher.
