Prysmian on Tuesday, on the eve of presenting its business plan to 2028, said it had agreed to buy US connectivity device manufacturer Channell for up to $1.15 billion.
Channell makes plastic and metal enclosures, copper wire connectors, fibre-optic cable management systems and thermal management products at three US plants, complementing Prysmian’s digital solution cables.
