Adelaide-based allied healthcare software platform Splose has raised $46 million in Series A funding. According to the South Australian government, this is the largest round of growth capital ever secured by a SaaS company in the state.
The round was led by the US growth capital company Spectrum Equity with participation from the Australian investor collective Athletic Ventures.
The company declined to disclose its latest valuation, although reports suggest it is well over $100 million.
The company was founded in 2016 by CEO Nicholas Sanderson, who was one of the finalists SmartCompany’s Smart50 Founder of the Year category in 2025.
Splose provides physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and other allied health professionals with an all-in-one platform for managing appointments, client onboarding, billing and compliance.
